Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first line of communication with the public and provides administrative support to the Business Office, Advancement Team, and Technology. This is a full-time, benefited, twelve-month position reporting to the Associate Head of School, Finance and Operations.

- Maintain commitment to the Mission, Values, Beliefs, and Philosophy of the School.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the switchboard
- Greet and assist visitors
- Check in all visitors with the visitor management system
- Manage daily work and communications in Wilton Hall
- Maintain web calendar
- Publish Morning Eye Opener and Week Ahead
- Reserve conference/meeting rooms
- Coordinate field trips with faculty, calendar, payables, and bus reservations
- Support Wilton Hall Directors with projects and related activities
- Maintain/order supplies in Wilton Hall and assist other divisions
- Maintain and monitor across all divisions: office equipment and contracts, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Some design work and database management may be required
- Coordinating calendars and making appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Microsoft Office proficient, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use Canva or other design software is desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently on projects as well as in a team environment
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Discretion in managing confidential and sensitive information
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
